Network. There are many chefs who have these program, but the
thing I like most about Emeril is he is having fun! After
all, he has a band in his kitchen. Everyone should have a band
in their kitchen. If you watch his program and peruse his
recipes you'll get some great ideas, particularly if you like to
"kick-up" the recipes a notch.
